Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Bowler’s Factory shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/products listed at the incorrect price. The Bowler’s Factory shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment made. If your payment has already been made and your order is cancelled, The Bowler’s Factory shall immediately issue you a credit to the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Bowler’s Factory reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The Bowler’s Factory reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices and availability may change without notice, however we will endeavour to maintain prices as advertised on this website at the time of order. All orders will be confirmed before goods are charged to the purchaser and dispatched.

Payment Terms
No order will leave The Bowler’s Factory until payment is received in full. The Bowler’s Factory requires a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit for special orders.
