Shipping

The Bowler's Factory is committed to providing you with the best shipping option available for your order, whether it be within Australia or internationally. We use several different freight companies which offer economical and express services.

  • We take the utmost care to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition.
     
  • We prefer to use Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) as they include insurance at no extra charge.
     
  • If we cannot ship with Aramex an insurance option will be provided. We will not be held liable for lost or damaged items if the insurance option isn't taken.
     
  • Someone must be available to sign for the delivery. If you are not home during the day than:-
     
    • A calling card will be left and you may be required to collect your order from the nearest courier depot; or
    • You might like to have your order delivered to your work address; or
    • If you have a safe place to leave your order you might like to request “Authority To Leave” on the shipping instructions. Please note, we will not be held liable if your order is lost or stolen as a result of using “Authority To Leave” instructions.
       
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
