Returns & Warranty

The Bowler’s Factory is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange so long as it is new and unused and in its original packaging. This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and packed inside of a protective shipping box or satchel. Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box or satchel will not be accepted.

Sizing varies between products and brands. We'll happily provide advice on sizing however we will not be responsible if your item does not fit. 

All shipping costs associated with a return will be at the customer's expense!

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the manufacturers' products and may be found on their respective web sites.

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will offer to repair / replace the product.
