How to Order
We offer a full shopping cart experience, however the checkout and payment steps have been modified to enable us to calculate the best shipping cost manually. Feel free to EMAIL US for an accurate shipping quote.
- Select “Add to Basket” on the items you’d like to order. Your basket will pop up each time you add an item and can be viewed at any time in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- From your basket select “Secure Checkout”. Once at the checkout you can remove, amend or increase the quantity of the item you’ve ordered by making your changes and selecting “Update Basket”.
- Once you are satisfied with your basket contents please proceed to “Complete Order” and follow the page prompts.
- You will see a summary of your order with Shipping and Grand Total as TBA (to be advised). At this stage, no payment is required, as we’ll manually update your order once we’ve calculated the best shipping cost available to you.
- You’ll then receive an email notification with a Tax Invoice and information outlining the shipping cost and payment options.
- Upon receiving the Tax Invoice email notification, please make the required payment and reply to the email with your payment confirmation. Let us know if you’d like to use Afterpay, and we’ll send you a payment link via email.
- Your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
